In-Home Post Partum Care

    • A model of midwifery care that is offered in synchronicity with our partnering nurse midwives in a hospital setting and easily elevated to our collaborating obstetric care physicians.

    • Your midwife works independently to provide skilled prenatal care, including hour long prenatal visits, lab work, and ultrasounds. You will meet with the partnering nurse midwives or obstetric physician at 28 weeks gestation to establish a relationship.

    • You will have remote access to your midwife during labor and she will work with you, your partner to make sure you have concise information to make informed choice in a hospital setting.

    • Your midwife will continue to provide on-going care for you and your newborn in your home during the 6 weeks of your postpartum recovery.

Virtual Midwife

    • 1-hour long monthly appointments from the initiation of care with us until 32 weeks gestation in an encrypted telehealth visit

    • Initial health history Exercise + nutrition + supplementation

    • Assessment of you and your baby at every appointment, including: belly measurements for estimating fetal growth and position

    • Individualized lab work and screenings

    • Referrals to perinatal healthcare providers in the community

    • 1-hour long appointments every 2 weeks from 32 weeks to 36 weeks gestation, and 1-hour long weekly appointments from 36 weeks until delivery.
