I work closely with people preventively to try to avoid or co-manage risk factors like hypertension and gestational diabetes. Each session is tailored to your unfolding needs. You are welcome to schedule as many visits as you choose. You will birth in your chosen hospital with your chosen OBGYN.

When hospital care ends, but your need for nurturing continues, we are here. Our in-home or virtual postpartum visits provide 60–90 minutes of dedicated support, including newborn checkups, lactation guidance, nourishment for body and spirit, emotional screenings, wound care, and natural healing practices. Available throughout the first eight weeks, with 24/7 access for urgent needs,

I offer expectant management for pregnancy loss between 6–13 weeks, including 60-minute in-home visits, vital sign monitoring, lab work, and natural guidance for pain management. For losses beyond 13 weeks, I collaborate with OBs to ensure safe, continuous care. You’ll have 24/7 text and phone access for eight weeks
